Opening the doors of industry to the next generation

Last week, SOVAM had the pleasure of welcoming pupils from Secondigny secondary school as part of the Expl’ore programme, in which we are proud to participate as a corporate partner.

🎯 The aim of this initiative is twofold:

• Introducing young secondary school students to industrial careers,
• And promoting local industry, which is often little-known but full of opportunities for tomorrow’s talent.

At a time when our sector is facing recruitment difficulties, this awareness campaign is more essential than ever. Offering a concrete glimpse of our expertise, our teams and our working environment helps to encourage vocations and create a link between the younger generation and the world of work.
