At SOVAM, Quality of Life and Working Conditions is not just a matter for the calendar: it’s a day-to-day commitment.
What we do :
– A monthly meeting organized by the management board for greater transparency and links between teams
– Training for our harassment referents
– Sports activities to let off steam and recharge your batteries together
– And outdoor afterwork sessions to strengthen ties in other ways ☀️
The week was also an opportunity to highlight our concrete commitments to :
– The introduction of teleworking 2 days a week
– Respect for work-life balance
– Recognition of everyone’s work
